HydroVein were delighted to contribute to this beautifully designed, discreet development which has been awarded the One Planet Living status by environmental charity Bioregional.

The development comprises 25 new homes, all offering high performance, low carbon living and is a model that an increasing number of developers are embracing. Properties benefit from a generous sized plot with private gardens. Shared outdoor spaces include a wildflower meadow, orchard and a pond, and really do set the environment apart from the norm.

Process

Working with clients who are pushing boundaries is part of the HydroVein DNA.

Our expert team were deployed to lead the installation and liaise with the regional water company – laying water mains, completing plot connections and commissioning supply – to ensure Greencore customers could take possession of their new homes at the earliest opportunity.

All on a busy site whilst working within particularly tight time constraints and with due consideration for neighbouring residents.

The unique approach of our gangs, their focus on quality control and adaptability, whilst ensuring appropriate safety and communication with the client was fundamental to our role in such a successful project.
